What is included in the free 7-Day Wellness Guide?

Our free guide includes 7 beginner-friendly yoga routines (with video tutorials), a complete 7-day meal plan with 21 recipes, daily mindfulness exercises, and a grocery shopping list. Everything you need to kickstart your wellness journey.

Do I need any experience to start?

No experience required! Our programs are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Each yoga routine includes modifications for different fitness levels.

What equipment do I need?

For yoga, a yoga mat is helpful but not required—you can use a carpet or towel. No other equipment is needed. For nutrition, just access to a basic kitchen.

How often will I receive emails?

We send one email per week, typically on Tuesdays. Each email contains new yoga tips, healthy recipes, and wellness guidance. No spam, ever.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. It takes effect immediately—no questions asked.

Yoga Programs

How long are the yoga sessions?

Sessions range from 15-45 minutes depending on the program. Beginner sessions are typically 15-20 minutes, while intermediate and advanced sessions run 30-45 minutes.

Can I do yoga if I'm not flexible?

Yes! Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement. Our beginner programs are specifically designed for people who aren't flexible yet. You'll improve over time.

What styles of yoga do you offer?

We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Power yoga. Each style has different benefits—from stress relief to strength building.

Nutrition

Are the meal plans vegetarian/vegan friendly?

Our standard meal plans include both plant-based and omnivore options. Each recipe includes substitution suggestions for different dietary preferences.

Do I need to follow the meal plan exactly?

No! The meal plans are guides, not rules. Feel free to swap meals, adjust portions, and make substitutions based on your preferences and what's available.

What if I have food allergies?

All recipes list common allergens and include substitution suggestions. If you have severe allergies, always check ingredients and consult your healthcare provider.
